Frets On Fire
Frets On Fire is a music game which is very similar to Guitar Hero. Gameplay consists of holding the keyboard like a guitar, holding the fret buttons on the correct strings, and pressing one of the pick buttons in time with the song. It includes a song editor for making your own tracks, and has support for guitar controllers.
Icy Tower
Icy Tower is a game with simple and addictive gameplay, clean, colourful graphics and catchy music. You play as Harold the Homeboy, and the goal is to jump as high up the tower as possible. The faster he moves, the higher he jumps and consecutive high jumps result in combos for more points. Starting floors can be unlocked many extra characters can be downloaded.
Neverball
Neverball is a 3D platform game. The main gameplay of Neverball is based on moving a ball by tilting the game world, not directly controlling the ball. To pass a level, the player must collect a certain amount coins before guiding the ball to a goal. Neverball comes with an additional minigolf game using the same physics, called Neverputt.
Pendulumania
Pendulumania is a challenging and unique game. You control the end of a stretchy string with a ball on the other end. The string is swinged to try at hit the targets which come up on the screen with the ball. The more the string is stretched, the more points you will get for each target. However, if the string is stretched too far, it will break. There are also special targets which increase the size of the ball and increase the tolerance of the string. Once you get a hang of the physics, you may find it very addictive.
Plasma Pong
Plasma Pong in an immersive version of the classic game Pong, which uses an amazing fluid dynamics engine. Players can shoot out plasma, which can sweep the ball in it's current, as well as interfere with your oppontents plasma flow. You can also create a vacuum around your paddle to suck up the ball, then explosively release it into the playing field. There is also a sandbox mode to play with the plasma.
StepMania
StepMania is a really well made rhythm game. It is a simulator of Dance Dance Revolution and has support for other music games. Arrows scroll upwards on the screen and meet with a stationary set of target arrows. When they meet the targets, the player should press the corresponding arrow on their keyboard or dance mat. The moving arrows will meet the targets based on the beat of the song. Songs (simfiles) do not come with the game, however they can be downloaded and created.
Torus Trooper
Torus Trooper is an abstract high speed shooter which features 3D wireframe graphics. The player controls a space ship which has to fire at enemy ships, while avoiding obstacels and travelling at a very fast pace. Torus Trooper also has a great fast-paced soundtrack which matches the gameplay nicely.
Warning Forever
Warning Forever is an frantic 2D shooter. You play as a small space ship battling increasingly bigger bosses.
